"We are a community! We are small but mighty! We see and support each other in good times and hard times. We are a caring community."

"My high school English teacher. She encouraged me to become a foreign exchange student. This was life-changing in a very good way!"
What is your favorite book?
"The list is long, but the book I have read to each of my 5 nieces and nephews on various camping trips and have gifted to at least a dozen friends: The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane by Kate DiCamillo. It is a book about learning to love and not giving up."
