The best way to know whether Bosque School is the right school for your student? Buddy days! Your student will shadow a current student in the next grade up. Find out if your student will thrive with a hands-on, inquiry-based education.
We expect the "car conversation" after the visit to be full of excitement about becoming a Bosque Bobcat!

Buddy days begin in late September and will take place on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings. Here's what a typical day would look like:

Typical Buddy Day Schedule

7:45 am: Arrive at Bosque School.

8:00 am: Attend morning meeting—get a warm welcome, and some energy for your day!

8:20-11:00 am: Attend two classes.

11:00 am: We provide a tasty lunch. Students often eat outside in the beautiful bosque which is a part of our campus.

11:40 am: The buddy day ends.
Please remember to submit your application! All visitors must have a completed application on file prior to their buddy day.

Preparing for Your Visit
Bosque School is located on Albuquerque's Westside—conveniently located near many areas of the city. Our 42-acre campus is situated adjacent to the beautiful and serene Rio Grande bosque.

The campus has five academic buildings, including a new science center, library, arts center, gymnasium, three playing fields, a track, six tennis courts, and outdoor learning spaces—all with a spectacular view of our natural New Mexico setting.
When you arrive on campus, you will find dedicated visitor parking near our main building, the Schoolhouse, next to the flagpole. Your admission visit will begin outside of this building.

If you have any difficulty locating us, give us a call at (505) 898-6388.
