FACTS Tuition Management
Bosque School has partnered with FACTS Tuition Management for the collection of tuition and fees. We are excited to be working with FACTS as the program offers families a customized, convenient, and secure online payment experience. All Bosque School families are required to establish a FACTS account. If you have any questions, please see the "FACTS Frequently Asked Questions" at the bottom of the page.

FACTS Payment Options

Request Due Date: Friday, May 23, 2025

Families may change their original FACTS payment plan option during the re-enrollment and enrollment process. Please see all options offered below.
Change requests must be made in writing to business.office@bosqueschool.org no later than Friday, May 23, 2025.

Option #1

July 7, 2025. Tuition and fees paid in full

Option #2

Tuition paid in two installments. Optional and mandatory fees paid on July 7, 2025: first installment - 70% of tuition along with $225 finance fee and fee for the tuition protection plan. December 5, 2025: second installment - 30% of tuition.

Option #3

Tuition paid in 10 installments on the 5th or 20th of each month. (Optional and mandatory fees paid on June 5 or 20, 2025.) June 5, 2023-March 5 or 20, 2026: 10 monthly installments.

A $225 finance charge and mandatory tuition refund insurance due on June 5 or 20, 2025.
Tuition protection plan mandatory fee due on June 5 or 20, 2025.

Option #4

Tuition paid in 12 installments on the 5th and 20th of each month. Optional and mandatory fees paid on June 5 or 20, 2025. June 5 or 20, 2025-May 5 or 20, 2026: 12 monthly installments

A $225 finance charge and mandatory tuition refund insurance due on June 5 or 20, 2025.
Tuition protection plan mandatory fee due on June 5 or 20, 2025.

Special Fees

A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $1,500, applicable toward tuition, must be submitted for all currently enrolled students when you sign your re-enrollment contract. For returning families, $500 of the enrollment deposit is refundable if the admission office is notified no later than Wednesday, March 14, 2025, that a student is not returning. If you know your student will not be returning to Bosque School next year, please email admission@bosqueschool.org.
For families electing payment plan options 2, 3, or 4, a non-refundable finance charge of $225 will be assessed. The finance charge is due in its entirety on the first scheduled on the 5th or 20th of your payment plan.
Families electing payment options 2, 3, or 4 are required to purchase the tuition protection plan, and families electing payment option #1 may choose to purchase tuition protection plan insurance for an additional fee. Tuition protection plan insurance is due in full on the first regularly scheduled payment.
A late fee of $50 will be charged on any installments that are delinquent 31 days past their original due date. The fee will be charged monthly thereafter until the delinquent balance is corrected.

What are the benefits of using the FACTS system?

The benefits of creating a FACTS user account include:

Convenient and secure customized online payment plan sign-up.
Payment reminders five days prior to the scheduled payment date, with the option for you to elect notification via email or text.
Multiple payment plan options, including automatic bank payment, credit card payment with a 2.95% service fee, check, and online payment.
Ability to switch payment methods (e.g., from checking to credit card).
The ability to invite multiple users into the account to make payments towards tuition and fees.
Payments that can be made from your mobile device.

If I am a returning family, do I need to do anything in FACTS?

If I am a returning family and a sibling has been admitted, do I need to update FACTS?

How do I allow additional people (or “authorized parties”) to make payments to an account?

After you have established your account, you will have the ability to invite additional “authorized parties” into the account. Click here to see a form entitled Adding an Authorized Party, which explains this process. An authorized party is an individual(s) to whom you grant access to the account to view outstanding balances and to make payments towards those balances.

An authorized party cannot set up automatic payments within FACTS, but they may store their credit card or financial institution information within FACTS for future use. Neither the account owner nor the authorized party(ies) can see the financial information of the other. If you have multiple family members who make payments towards tuition and fees, we strongly recommend that you invite them to the account so that they will be able to make online payments.

Why is my first payment higher than my remaining scheduled payments?

What fees will FACTS assess?

FACTS charges an annual fee based on the payment plan selected. This is a fee that is retained by FACTS. Bosque School does not receive any portion of this annual fee. The fee structure is as follows:

Tuition paid in 2 installments: $25.00
All other payment plans: $55.00

FACTS will withdraw the annual fee approximately 14 days after the payment plan has been finalized by Bosque School.

Other FACTS fees include:

A service fee of 2.95% is assessed on all credit card transactions.
A $30 fee per occurrence is assessed by FACTS for unsuccessful. auto-withdrawals from your financial institution or auto charges to your credit card based on the payment schedule.
