This is a chance for your child to experience life as a student at Bosque. Your student will shadow a current student for morning classes, have lunch, and take a campus tour. During this visit, your student will also complete their interview. We highly encourage parents/guardians to join us as well. Parents/Guardians will take a campus tour, meet with school leaders, as well as complete their parent/guardian interview with a member of our admission team. The parent interview is a great opportunity for you to ask specific questions and for us to learn more about how we can best support your child.

Your child will need to complete the Star Admission Test in reading and math. This test helps us better understand their academic skills and is one of several valuable components of their application. You can find available test dates on our admissions calendar, with both in-person and online options available. If your child has already completed an admission test at another school, you may request to have their results sent to us.

After you have completed your application, you will receive a Transcript/Records Request form through your parent portal via FinalSite to send directly to your child's current school. We require records from the current school year and the two previous years.

As a final step in the application process, we require two letters of recommendation for your student.

• The first letter should be from your student's current teacher in a core academic subject (such as English, math, or science).
• The second letter can be from an adult who can speak to your student's character, such as an elective teacher, coach, or mentor.

Recommendation forms are typically available after October 1st, giving current teachers some time to get to know your child before completing them.
