Meet Kayhaan M., this month's Bosque Buzz honoree, celebrated for her enthusiasm, engagement, and contributions to our community. Kayhaan thrives in all her classes, inspired by the passion of her teachers, and participates in a variety of clubs, including Women in STEAM, Tech Club, and Mock Trial. She recommends The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo for its compelling themes and encourages prospective families to explore the abundant opportunities Bosque offers to nurture students’ interests.
What’s your favorite class at Bosque School, and why?
I don't have a favorite class. I enjoy all of the classes I take. All of the teachers here are super passionate about what they are teaching, so it makes it easy to love learning at Bosque.
What extracurricular activities or clubs are you involved in, and what do you enjoy most about them?
I am involved in a lot of clubs on campus: Women in STEAM, Girls Who Code, Tech Club, Mock Trial, Juggling Club, Thespians, and Judicial Committee. I love being able to engage with the Bosque community in multiple ways and have experiences that will model what it's like in the world after high school.
What’s a book, movie, or TV show you’d recommend to your peers and why?
I would recommend The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo because it is a really good story about what it was like to be a female actress in the 1950s and touches on a lot of good topics, but the author does it in a way that makes it nice to read.
What would you tell a family who is considering Bosque School?
I would tell them that Bosque is a perfect environment for people who are trying to explore exactly where they fit in. There are so many groups and opportunities on campus available to students that really help them find their passions.
