Bosque School’s athletic director, Jeaney Garcia, recently achieved an outstanding accomplishment by becoming the 10-time Senior World Games Pickleball Women’s Doubles Champion, partnering with Jennifer Wong. This prestigious event, held in St. George, Utah, is the largest multi-sport competition for athletes aged 50 and over, attracting more than 10,000 competitors from around the globe. Jeaney’s remarkable victory speaks volumes about her dedication and skill.
Additionally, Jeaney earned the National 2024 Super Senior Women’s Doubles 60+ Champion title alongside Karin Sobotta at the Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa, Arizona. This event brought together the nation’s top 2,000 pickleball players.
While competition fuels Jeaney’s passion, her true joy comes from coaching our Bobcats—sharing her knowledge, fostering growth, and witnessing her players’ love for the game. Jeaney’s leadership and dedication to both her sport and her students make her a true asset to our school community.
