After receiving an
M.A. and M.F. A. from the University of New Mexico, Dana worked as
an editor of art and photography books at UNM Press for eighteen
years.
Susan Ford Bales, Trustee Committee

Susan is currently Chairman of the board of the Betty Ford Center
for alcohol and drug abuse. She is a professional photographer and
photojournalist. Susan has recently authored and published two
novels, Double Exposure and its sequel Sharp Focus.
Pauline Barnes, Vice-Chair, Finance, Trustee Committee

Pauline has more than twenty years
experience in human resources, was instrumental with Intel’s
diversity efforts, and served as the first Chair of the NM Women at
Intel Network. She has served on the Board of Directors for The !Explora!
Science Center and Children’s Museum. Pauline has a B.A. in
Secondary/Adult Education from the University of New Mexico.
Bob
Bovinette, Investment

Bob recently retired as President and
CEO of Commonfund, a not-for-profit organization specializing in
investing endowment and cash funds for schools, colleges,
universities, and other nonprofit institutions. He has been
involved in endowment financial management and secondary and higher
education for more than four decades, previously as President and
Chief Executive officer of Albuquerque Academy and as Executive Vice
President and Treasurer at Occidental College. Bob is the Chair of
the University of New Mexico Foundation and serves on numerous
community, educational, and corporate boards.

Michael is a
successful entrepreneur having founded several successful start-up
technology companies in the Albuquerque and Lubbock, TX areas.
Mitchell
Coven, Development

Mitch is the
founder, CEO and President of Vitality Works, Inc.., a natural
products contract herbal extraction lab registered by the Food and
Drug Administration and Headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico
since 1982. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the
School of Education at the University of Wisconsin, (Madison).
He was appointed by Governor Bruce King as a board member of the NM
State Board of Massage Therapy and functioned in that capacity from
1991 - 1995, Mitch is currently serving in his sixth year on
the board of the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) where
he chairs and is active on numerous committees.
Rhonda Dibachi

Rhonda and her husband, Farzad
Dibachi, co-founded Niku Corporation in 1997 for the design and
development of project management software. She was EVP of Strategy
and Planning and SVP of Development. She was responsible for the
design and development of Niku products. Rhonda is co-author, with
Farzad, of Just Add Management Seven Steps to Creating a
Productive Workplace and Motivating Your Employees in Challenging
Times, McGraw-Hill, 2002.
John Fidel,

John is a
partner with Fidel Perner & Michnovicz, LLC. John is a
native of Albuquerque attending Highland High School. He then
went to the University of Santa Clara, in Santa Clara, California
where he graduated with an accounting degree in may of 1978.
John has worked as a Certified Public Accountant for twenty-seven
years. John has served on various boards including the NM
Festival, KOIT - a private radio station, First Financial Trust ,
and Calvary Chapel.
Gary Goodman,

Gary is
owner/President of Goodman Realty Group with offices in Albuquerque
and Chicago. He also serves on the advisory board of the University
of new New_Mexico College of Fine Arts, Chicago Multicultural Dance
Center, Chicago and the Columbia Riverkeepers Alliance in Portland,
Oregon.

Barbara J.

Barbara is
presently the Manager of Work-Force Management, Planning and
Staffing at Sandia National Labs where she has been employed since
1984.
Bruce Leising

1998 – 2006
Bruce Leising retired from Intel after
28 years of service. In his last position at Intel he was the
Director of Corporate Services and a Technology Manufacturing Group
Vice President. He joined Intel in 1979 as part of a start-up
team and has been involved in
Technology Development or Manufacturing for the majority of his
career. He led a technology group and factory start-up in
Ireland and has won both an Intel Achievement Award and Intel
Quality Award for his work. He has played a significant role in the
evolution, growth, and competitiveness of Intel manufacturing during
his tenure in manufacturing, Technology Development and as the
Director of Corporate Service.

Floyd Lopez is a
native New Mexican and a defense attorney who graduated from the
University of New Mexico School of Law, attended Amherst and served
in the Peace Corps after receiving his degree.
Rod Pera,

Rod has been an Attorney in private
practice in Santa Fe, NM and was also licensed in Pennsylvania and
New Mexico for ten years. Previously he was an Attorney in private
practice in several law firms in Pennsylvania. Rod has also served
on the Boards of several prestigious companies.

Cara is the
President of Gordon Electric Supply, Inc. since 1996. She has an
M.B.A. from Syracuse University and M.R.P. from Syracuse

Peggie Findlay, Emeritus

Peggie is a
physician and cancer researcher. She also serves on the Symphony
Board, is a member of the Order of St. John and a founder of Bosque
School.
