What's for Lunch?
The Bosque Lunch Program is going Green!
For the 2012-2013 school year, Bosque is introducing a healthy lunch program using locally grown and organic products. The new sustainable lunch program will provide nutritious lunch choices that are made with mostly locally grown ingredients. In moving to a local and organic approach, we will be reducing the carbon footprint and creating a sustainable lunch program that will taste better, provide enhanced nutritional value, support local growers, and benefit the environment.
Bosque School lunches can be purchased in advance through
myschoolbucks.com. Once money is deposited, students can order lunch through their advisors at morning meeting. When they pick up their lunch, the money will be deducted from their account. For more information about the lunch payment system, please contact
Sarah Montoya.
