Summer Reading 2017
Summer reading will be posted by March 30, 2017.
Upper School Bring Your Own Device-BYOD
Every Upper School student will be required to bring a device with a keyboard that is capable of accessing the Internet and using Google Apps for Education to every class. While this type of technology access will allow for exciting, new teaching and learning opportunities in the upper school classrooms, we do not want this program to be an overwhelming financial burden for any family. Please contact Jim Daly, Head of Upper School, if you have concerns about providing a device for your student. Fine more information on the BYOD program and frequently asked questions here.
Upper School supplies will be issued by each teacher during the first week of school.
Please use the same username and password you use for the Parent eConnect. If you need your credentials, please contact Curt Bland
, Director of Technology.
There is one form, the NMAA Medical Examination for Participation in Interscholastic Athletics
, that includes the Concussion in Sports Fact Sheet. Both of these forms need to be printed, signed and returned to the Admission office by August 1, 2016. Bosque School requires a physical exam and concussion information form from all students regardless of participation in athletics. Use the linked form even though the form states it is for participation in interscholastic athletics.
Flu Shot Clinic
September 20, 2016 Date- 2017 date TBD

Please read the Upper School Morning Meeting and Attendance Policies here.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Bosque School follows APS on school closings and delays. Once we are aware of the closure or delay, we will send an email and text message to all contact addresses and numbers in our system. The information will also be posted on the front page of the website and local news stations. Lunch service and bus service is provided on 2-hour delay days. All notifications will be sent to parents via our School Reach communications system. You will receive a short text message (if your phone is capable of receiving text messages) and a more detailed email message.
A complete education exists with the support and participation of our parent volunteers. It is mandatory for every volunteer to fill out the form below before you can begin helping at Bosque School.Bosque School.
Student Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures
The drop off and pick up protocol is outlined in this map
. Please familiarize yourself and/or your student driver with these safety procedures.
North Parking Lot Safety
There is a new entry and exit plan for the north dirt parking area. Please look over the map and review the new driving pattern for this area. There will be only one entrance from Mirandela Road to the north parking lot. If you are dropping off or picking up students please follow the lane to the right and pull up on the right side curb to wait for your child. Please do not block the left lane that will allow cars to pass through this area while someone else may still be waiting. All drivers should keep their speed down for safety. Map attached
